the rooms looked brand-new and fresh.

the room ac was terrible even after complaining multiple times. the rooms felt really small. check-in took two hours (5 pm), i think it's unacceptable and started the holiday badly.

The hotel provided me with a superior room, lagoon view. The room included a large bed. I found the breakfasts tasty and varied. Staff were accommodating. I appreciated the attention to detail of the staff. The sun beds on the beach were comfortable. Sunsets looked amazing.

The corridor felt somewhat like a hospital hallway.
