i found several aspects to be positive the sunbeds on the beach were comfortable i could adjust the sitting position easily. the bolster cushion was great for reading. breakfasts included plenty of variety and tasted very good.

the room ac was terrible it did not work even after complaining multiple times. the rooms felt small for a hotel of this category. check in took two hours later than scheduled it was not a good start to the vacation.

The hotel provided me with a superior room, lagoon view. The room included a large bed. I found the breakfasts tasty and varied. Staff were accommodating. I appreciated the attention to detail of the staff. The sun beds on the beach were comfortable. Sunsets looked amazing.

The corridor felt somewhat like a hospital hallway.
